1. General Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n

These Purchase and Sale Terms (Agreement) define the procedure for purchasing and selling goods in the online store, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the seller and buyer.<\/p>\n

2. Moment of Contract Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The contract is concluded when the buyer has placed an order and the seller has confirmed it.<\/p>\n

3. Buyer Data Protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Any information related to personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.<\/p>\n

  • To process the buyer’s orders for goods or services.<\/li>\n
  • To resolve issues related to product delivery or service fulfillment.<\/li>\n
  • For the fulfillment of contractual obligations.<\/li>\n
  • With the client’s consent, to send information about special offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Buyer’s Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the store in accordance with these Terms. The Buyer may withdraw from the Agreement with the Store by notifying the Seller no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.<\/p>\n

    Only individuals may return goods, provided the goods are unused, undamaged, and their appearance is preserved.<\/p>\n

    The right to return the goods is valid only if the item is not damaged, its appearance has not changed, it has not been used, and the original packaging has been preserved.<\/p>\n

    In case of product return, the purchase document must be provided.<\/p>\n

    The product must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.<\/p>\n

    When returning the product, an application with return details must be attached.<\/p>\n

    The buyer must ensure that the product is delivered to the seller safely and without damage.<\/p>\n

    5. Buyer’s Obligations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with these Terms. The Buyer undertakes to protect the security of their login credentials and not to disclose them to third parties, assuming responsibility for any actions carried out using their login information. In case of any changes to the data provided in the registration form, it must be updated. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to specify the delivery address and other necessary information required for the delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n

    6. Seller’s Rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    If the Buyer threatens the stability and security of the online store, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend access. The Seller reserves the right to discontinue the provision of services, modify the store or any part of it, as well as all or part of the offers at any time without notifying the Buyer.<\/p>\n

    If the Buyer does not pay the invoice within 3 (three) working days of receiving it, the Seller has the right to cancel the order. If there are any ambiguities regarding the order, the Seller will contact the Buyer within one working day from the time the order was placed, and the delivery time will be calculated from the date when the issue is clarified. If the Seller is unable to contact the Buyer within 2 (two) working days, the order may be cancelled without notice.<\/p>\n

    The Seller has the right to extend the delivery period due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, such as stock shortages or transport delays, and will immediately inform the Buyer accordingly. The Seller is not obliged to compensate the Buyer for any expenses resulting from delayed delivery. If a system error causes an incorrect price to be displayed in the store, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the Buyer of the cancellation.<\/p>\n

    7. Seller’s Obligations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the online store’s services in accordance with these Terms. The Seller commits to delivering the goods ordered and paid for by the Buyer to the specified address. If, due to important reasons, it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods, the Seller will offer an equivalent or similar product, and if the Buyer refuses it, the Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.<\/p>\n

    8. Other Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    These Terms operate in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n

    Any ambiguities arising during the execution of these terms are resolved through negotiation or in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n
